We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing weekend in Chicago. Luke cooked Dylan and I a fabulous meal on Sunday night. Dylan LOVED the steak and ate more than I did! :-)

My mother's day Earth Box is a success! I am secretly quite impressed with myself since I've never been able to keep a plant alive...EVER!
The tomatoes are growing (they still need to turn red) and I even have a couple peppers popping up! We've also been enjoying fresh basil and parsley in many dishes this summer.
