Wednesday we headed downtown Chicago to the Field Museum with one of Dylan's preschool friends Michael. The boys LOVE dinosaurs and we have been reading about dinosaur fossils in our books so they were very excited for this outing.
This tyrannosaurus rex is in the middle of the museum and as soon as Dylan saw it, he was scared. He slowly creeped closer and closer and by the end of the day walked right up to it.
The dinosaur exhibit was pretty cool. They had tons of dinosaur fossils but full replicas of brontosaurs, tyrannosaurus rex, stegosaurus, triceratops, and more

It was such a fun day, they are already asking to go back. This was, by far, their favorite museum we've been to yet.
