Yesterday we officially closed on our house in Geneva, it is SOLD!
I can't say we were overly thrilled with the price but it's sold and now we don't have to worry about whether the lawn got mowed, the sump pump was working or anything else.
Such a relief but I kind of miss that house...it was our "first home"! :)
