Breakfast with Santa

Saturday morning we joined a few friends for breakfast with Santa.  The kids wore their jammies, ate lots of pancakes and then saw Santa. 

I think all three moms were advising their kids the same thing for this picture, "hold on tight and do not let go of the babies!"

 We were 2 for 3 this year with sitting on Santa's lap.  Will wanted nothing to do with him and wouldn't even look at him, let alone talk.  :)  Dylan was a little scared but once he got up there he got comfortable and was chit chatting for awhile.  Lauren was just happy she was along! :)

 We were also supposed to celebrate Dylan's birthday with some friends today, but unfortunately the flu is going around and has hit some families pretty hard.  We are lucky enough to be sickness free here but most others had at least 1 family member down.  In an attempt to keep everyone healthy for the holidays, we decided late minute to cancel.  It's a lazy, relaxing Sunday here with lots of chili! :)
